Steen Guldager Pedersen, a Danish life sciences senior consultant, Rolf Henrik Berg, a professor and head of innovation at the Technical University of Denmark, HMG Technology, an active Danish investment and holding company, and CMI af 1012, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Sani Membranes, a privately held Danish cleantech company that develops and commercializes innovative membrane filtration technology, from Hjelmsmark Holding, a holding company that invests in global process technology. Financial terms were not disclosed.
