Orion Group-backed Astra Service Partners completed the acquisition of Berg Industrial Service from Westbridge Capital.

Orion Group-backed Astra Service Partners, a network of commercial and industrial mechanical service provider, completed the acquisition of Berg Industrial Service, an industrial refrigeration service and solutions provider serving facilities throughout Canada, from Westbridge Capital, a private equity firm that acquires and invests in established companies with consistent cash flow and experienced management teams. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very excited to join the Astra network. We look forward to exploring and adopting the best practices we will find throughout the network.
