Capza-backed Simplifia to acquire Electronik Printing.

Capza-backed Simplifia, a software provider in the funeral industry, agreed to acquire Electronik Printing, an Austrian company specialising in personalised funeral product printing solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition represents a significant step in our European growth journey.
