Ashurst, a British multinational law firm, agreed to merge with Perkins Coie, an American law firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. This combination of equals unites two elite firms with highly complementary geographic footprints, capabilities and cultures to create a globally integrated firm with deep sector and practice expertise that is relentlessly focused on the success of its clients.
