Gryphon Investors-backed Rootstock completed the acquisition of Praxis Solutions.

Gryphon Investors-backed Rootstock, a provider of composable cloud ERP solutions built on the Salesforce platform, completed the acquisition of Praxis Solutions, a Salesforce consulting and implementation firm.
