Celero Capital-backed Reledo completed the acquisition of PrimaClean.

Celero Capital-backed Reledo, a provider of comprehensive facility management and workplace services, completed the acquisition of PrimaClean, a Finnish cleaning services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition of PrimaClean represents Reledo's tenth acquisition this year and marks an important step in the group's strategy to become a leading facility management provider in the Nordic region.
