Idilia Foods, a Spanish multinational food company, completed the acquisition of Shaken Udder, a producer of dairy products intended to serve independent retailers and supermarkets. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Shaken Udder fits optimally into Idilia’s strategic planning and helps us take our corporate purpose much further: creating those small, meaningful moments of pleasure and positive emotions that contribute to people’s emotional well-being.
