Strattam Capital-backed Intellect, a provider of an AI-powered quality management system platform that helps companies in regulated industries digitize, automate, and improve quality processes, completed the acquisition of Zaptic, a provider of a connected frontline worker platform that augments manufacturing and operations teams through AI-enabled workflows.
