Intact completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Adler Fairways from UKGI.

Intact, a property and casualty insurance company, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Adler Fairways, an insurance broking company, from UKGI, a regulatory compliance consultancy firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We had a number of funding options on the table, but Intact stood out as the perfect investor — a long-term, values-driven partner who understands our sector and shares our commitment to customer service and culture. Intact’s support will enable us to continue our ambitious growth strategy, both organically and through acquisitions, with a clear goal to double the size of the group in the short to medium term,” Anthony Adler, UKGI Group Chief Executive.
