CoreTrust, a group purchasing organization for corporate services, facilities, supply chain and logistics, human resources, pharmacy benefit management, technology, and travel, completed the acquisition of BuyQ, a group purchasing organization serving charter and private schools across the US. Financial terms were not disclosed.
