MRO, a clinical data exchange company in healthcare, completed the acquisition of Clinetic, a data-driven software designed to connect healthcare data with clinical research. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Clinetic has strong roots in healthcare, already evaluating the data of more than 15m patients across the US.
