Boise Cascade to acquire Holden Humphrey.

Boise Cascade, a producer of engineered wood products, agreed to acquire Holden Humphrey, a wholesale building materials distributor. Financial terms are not disclosed. Boise Cascade currently operates 39 distribution locations in the U.S., and this new location further expands the Company’s distribution business in the northeast region.
