SFPIM, a company that specialises in providing capital and know-how for international investments made by Belgian private sector companies, EIC Fund, Europe's flagship innovation programme to identify, develop and scale up breakthrough technologies and game changing innovations, and Goldwin Venture Partners, a corporate venture arm of Goldwin that prefers to invest in fashion, sports, community, lifestyles, retail, food, agriculture, and global environment sectors, led a €6m Series A round in Resortecs, a textile disassembly technology company, with participation from Makesense, Trividend, ScaleFund, Finance&invest.brussels and Fashion for Good . “By building several decentralised pre-processing plants across Europe within the next five years, we enable local, plug-and-play solutions that eliminate logistical complexity and waste ownership. Thanks to our close connections with over 80 recyclers worldwide, brands can simply drop off their end-of-life products and we handle the rest,” Cédric Vanhoeck, Resortecs Co-founder and CEO.
