PCMI to acquire Enterprise Solutions Business Unit of StoneEagle.

PCMI, an SaaS provider for Finance & Insurance product and service contract administration, agreed to acquire Enterprise Solutions Business Unit of StoneEagle, the automotive industry's source for data intelligence and technology innovation. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The Enterprise Solutions Business Unit has played an important role in delivering trusted administration capabilities to the industry.
