Angeles Equity Partners, a specialist private investment firm focused on partnering with industrial businesses, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Technique, a provider of complex, high-mix, low-volume metal fabrication solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Angeles brings deep experience in helping businesses scale operationally, while preserving what makes them exceptional.
