Tyler Technologies completed the acquisition of CloudGavel.

Tyler Technologies, a provider of integrated software and technology services for the public sector, completed the acquisition of CloudGavel, a provider of a cloud-based platform for law enforcement and the judicial system that streamlines the process of creating, submitting, and approving electronic warrants and subpoenas.
