Harbour Group-backed Americo Chemical Products completed the acquisition of Fusion Chemical.

Harbour Group-backed Americo Chemical Products, a provider of chemical solutions for industries that require surface treatment of metal and other substrates, completed the acquisition of Fusion Chemical, a developer, provider, and service provider of specialty lubricants and chemicals for the automotive, aerospace, critical machining, stamping, and governmental marketplaces. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very excited to add Fusion's Hybrid-Cool product to our offering – it's a game-changer for the industry.
