AppDirect completed the acquisition of NXTSYS Consulting.

AppDirect, a provider of an end-to-end cloud commerce platform for both monetizing and managing digital customer relationships, completed the acquisition of NXTSYS Consulting, a full-service business technology distributor and solutions brokerage for managed service providers. Financial terms were not disclosed. “NXTSYS has always focused on a boutique, high-touch partner experience since day one.
