Suntera Global completed the acquisition of Qualix.

Suntera Global, a company specialising in fund, corporate and private wealth services, completed a strategic transaction with Qualix, a Luxembourg-based technology-enabled boutique services provider to alternative investment funds, corporates and private-wealth clients.
