EMZ and Siparex-backed Jacky Perrenot, a French transportation company, agreed to acquire Vos Logistics, a European transport and logistics provider, Scheybeeck is an investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This proposed acquisition is fully in line with our growth strategy and ambition to build a European leader in sustainable transport and logistics.
