ITG Communications completed the acquisition of Advantage Utilities.

ITG Communications, a provider of engineering, construction, and fulfillment services, completed the acquisition of Advantage Utilities, a fiber construction and maintenance company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to welcome the entire Advantage team to the ITG family.
