Frasers Group, a retail group operating sports, lifestyle and fashion brands, agreed to acquire the Hungarian and Romanian business of Hervis, a sporting goods retailer operating a multi‑country retail network. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The new owner will take over the stores and employees and ensure business continuity,” Balázs Dalnoki, Hervis Sport - Hungary managing director.
