Temasek, a global investment company owned by the Government of Singapore, completed the acquistion of a 50% stake in Luminance, a provider of decarbonization-as-a-service, offering turnkey clean energy solutions, from Brookfield, an alternative asset management company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
