DMGT to acquire Telegraph Media Group from Redbird IMI for £500m.

DMGT, a management company of a portfolio of companies that provide businesses and consumers with compelling information, analysis, insight, events, news and entertainment, agreed to acquire Telegraph Media Group, a multi-media news publisher behind The Daily Telegraph and The Sunday Telegraph newspapers, from Redbird IMI, an operator of an investment vehicle, for £500m.
