Bruker completed the acquisition of AST Revolution from Indaba Capital.

Bruker, a company that manufactures scientific instruments and diagnostic tests for customers in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology industries, completed the acquisition of AST Revolution, a vitro diagnostics company, from Indaba, an opportunistic value investor that employs a mix of fundamental investment strategies. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This transaction reflects the dedication of AST Revolution and the Indaba team, who worked together to manage the day-to-day work of launching the Company and advancing its technologies.
