MDI NetworX completed the acquisition of Cobalt MedPlans from Cobalt Health Solutions.

MDI NetworX, a provider of technology-enabled operational solutions, completed the acquisition of Cobalt MedPlans, a healthcare business process outsourcing company, from Cobalt Health Solutions, a healthcare services company that provides administrative, clinical and analytical services for healthcare payer and provider organizations. Financial terms were not disclosed. This strategic acquisition significantly expands MDI's US operational footprint and strengthens its ability to deliver a full range of payer services - including claims processing, enrollment, and member and provider call center services - directly from US delivery centers.
