NPK International completed the acquisition of Grassform Plant Hire for £35.2m.

NPK International, a temporary worksite access solutions company that manufactures, sells and rents recyclable composite matting products, completed the acquisition of Grassform Plant Hire, a UK-based company specializing in ground protection and temporary roadway solutions, for £35.2m.
