Atmus Filtration Technologies completed the acquisition of Koch Filter Corporation from Air Distribution Technologies for $450m.

Atmus Filtration Technologies, a global company specializing in filtration and media solutions, completed the acquisition of Koch Filter Corporation, a manufacturer of indoor air filtration solutions, from Air Distribution Technologies, a provider of innovative air distribution and ventilation solutions, for $450m. "With the successful closing of the Koch Filter divestiture, we're excited to focus on ADTi's core business and drive significant organic and inorganic growth.
