Sprehe, a manufacturer of fresh and frozen meat products, completed the acquisition of a Conow production site of Nestle, a food and drink processing conglomerate corporation. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With the Sprehe Group, we have a very experienced company at our side that will further develop the factory by utilizing the high product and technology expertise of the plant team," Fabrice Johan, Nestlé Germany Chief Technology Officer.
