Avedon Capital Partners-backed Newtone completed the merger with PKF Bofidi.

Avedon Capital Partners-backed Newtone, a Dutch consultancy and accountancy firm, completed the merger with PKF Bofidi, a Belgian accounting and advisory firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. ‘By joining forces, clients gain access to a broader network of expertise, cross-border services and a single point of contact for complex international issues. At the same time, we can operate more efficiently through specialisation and knowledge sharing. We are therefore very pleased with this partnership,’ Stephan Seijkens, Newtone CEO.
