Genesis Capital completed the acquisition of majority stake in Slevomat Group from Secret Escapes Group

Genesis Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of majority stake in Slevomat Group, an online retailer that offers discounts for mass purchases, from Secret Escapes Group, a travel arrangements firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Slevomat has long been among the most successful Czech and Slovak online platforms, and we see significant potential for further growth, innovation, and strengthening customer satisfaction.
