Accession Capital Partners-backed Agrova International completed the acquisition of Sunrise Group for €40m.

Accession Capital Partners-backed Agrova International, parent company of APF, completed the acquisition of Sunrise Group, a family farming business that supplies eggs to various types of businesses, for €40m. “We are delighted to welcome the Sunrise team into the Agrova family – this partnership will further strengthen our position in the European market and drive the next phase of growth.
