TA Associates and Warburg Pincus-backed Epassi, a digital employee benefits technology, completed the acquisition of Alleo, a modern and flexible employee benefits platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This strategic combination accelerates the growth in the Netherlands, together with all Epassi brands in the group, while positioning us strongly for European market leadership.
