Kinective completed the acquisition of Compuflex.

Kinective, a provider of banking operations platforms for financial institutions, completed the acquisition of Compuflex, a provider of cash handling solutions specializing in cash automation and currency tracking for financial, retail and gaming markets. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Compuflex brings deep market knowledge, proven technology and top talent to our cash automation business. They've built strong relationships with financial institutions and technology partners that complement Kinective's existing business well.
