TUV Austria completed the acquisition of Ollum.

TUV Austria, an international independent testing, inspection, certification, sustainability and technical services provider, completed the acquisition of Ollum, an Italian sustainability consultancy. Financial terms were not disclosed. "TÜV AUSTRIA Group gives Ollum access to new skills, new resources and an international network. Together, we will develop increasingly ambitious sustainability projects," Davide Treghini, Ollum co-founder.
