CPP Investments, a global investment management organization, and IndoSpace, an Indian investor, developer and manager of industrial and logistics real estate, completed the acquisition of six industrial and logistics parks for CAD471m. This acquisition strengthens IndoSpace Core’s position as India’s largest operator of stabilized industrial and logistics real estate.
