Sinar Mas Group to acquire Hyundai LNG Shipping from IMM Private Equity and IMM Investment for $274m.

Sinar Mas Group, a venture capital and private equity company, agreed to acquire Hyundai LNG Shipping, a shipping company, from IMM Private Equity, an independent private equity firm, and IMM Investment, an alternative asset investment firm, for $274m.
