Hiab completed the acquisition of ING Cranes.

Hiab, a provider of smart and sustainable on road load-handling solutions, completed the acquisition of ING Cranes, a Brazilian crane manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition significantly enhances Hiab’s presence in Brazil, complementing its current portfolio in the market.
