CBPE Capital and LDC-backed FSP, an enterprise transformation consultancy, completed the acquisition of Intuita, a specialist data consultancy. Financial terms were not disclosed. “FSP has progressed from a more focused transformation and cloud business into a broader consultancy with meaningful depth across cyber security, data, and AI.
