IK Partner-backed Ipsum completed the acquisition of Parco EV Solutions and Parco Civil Engineering & Groundworks.

IK Partner-backed Ipsum, a provider of infrastructure services, completed the acquisition of Parco EV Solutions, an end-to-end electric vehicle charging infrastructure, and Parco Civil Engineering & Groundworks, a civil engineering and infrastructure company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Joining forces with Ipsum through this acquisition represents a significant step forward in our growth ambitions.
