Biogeen to acquire Sefe Mobility from Sefe Securing Energy For Europe.

Biogeen, a producer of biomethane and operator of biogas plants agreed to acquire Sefe Mobility, an operator of biofuel filling stations from Sefe Securing Energy For Europe, a company active in gas sourcing and trading. Financial terms are not disclosed. “With biogeen, we have found a buyer whose vision for sustainable energy is fully aligned with SEFE Mobility’s strategic direction. This agreement creates a strong foundation for accelerating growth in low-emission transport solutions,” Dr Christian Ohlms, SEFE CFO.
