Ascopiave completed the acquisition of Società Impianti Metano from Sime Partecipazion for €46m.

Ascopiave, a natural gas distributor company, completed the acquisition of Società Impianti Metano, an Italian utility company, from Sime Partecipazion, an Italian energy and utilities company, for €46m. "By means of this transaction, Ascopiave intends to accelerate its growth within the gas distribution sector, while strengthening its position as the second largest Italian operator in the field,” Nicola Cecconato, Ascopiave Chairman, CEO and General Director.
