JSW Group and Minerals Development Oman formed South Minerals Port Company and South Minerals Company.

JSW Group, an Indian multinational conglomerate, and Minerals Development Oman, the minerals investment arm of the Oman Investment Authority, formed South Minerals Port Company and South Minerals Company. JSW Infrastructure holds a 51% majority stake in South Minerals Port Company, a port joint venture, while Minerals Development Oman holds a 51% majority stake in the South Minerals Company, a mining joint venture with JSW Mining Singapore owning the remaining 49%. Financial terms were not disclosed.
