Stirling Square-backed Sustainable Agro Solutions, a Spanish producer of biostimulants, correctors, and other specialty plant nutrition solutions, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Codiagro, a global company that specializes in the research, development, manufacturing, and marketing of nutritional and biostimulant solutions for the agricultural sector. Financial terms were not disclosed.
