BlackRock and Pollen Street-backed Wide Group, an Italian insurance brokerage company, completed the acquisition of AssiBrokerTirreno, an insurance brokerage company based in Rome. Financial terms were not disclosed. This transaction is part of Wide Group's continuous growth strategy, aimed at acquiring historical and highly specialized companies, to offer a portfolio of tailor-made solutions dedicated to its customers.
