VDK Group completed the acquisition of Builtech Group from AUCTUS Capital Partners.

VDK Group, a Dutch integrated installation and service organization, completed the acquisition of Builtech Group, a provider of technical building equipment, from AUCTUS Capital Partners, a private equity firm.
