Brexia Med completed the acquisition of Diagnostica Moderna.

Brexia Med, the primary holding company and operational vehicle for CareHub, completed the acquisition of Diagnostica Moderna, a full-service diagnostic center. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The recent Moscardi, Diagnostica Moderna, and Fisiomedical acquisitions enable CareHub to further strengthen its presence in central Italy, and to consolidate development of a network of healthcare facilities rooted in this area and capable of offering people excellent diagnostics services," Gianluca Santoro and Alessandro Bartucci, Brexia Med Directors.
