Online Finansal Danismanlik to acquire Dunya Varlik Yonetim from Vector Holdings, Vector Investments and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

Online Finansal Danismanlik, a financial services company, agreed to acquire Dunya Varlik Yonetim, an asset management company, from Vector Holdings, a private equity firm, Vector Investments, a fund management company, and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, an international financial institution established in 1991 to support the transition to market economies in Central and Eastern Europe and beyond. Financial terms were not disclosed.
