Bit Digital, a US‑based digital asset platform focused on Ethereum and AI infrastructure, completed the acquisition of a 25% stake in Financiere Marjos, a France‑based holding company listed on Euronext Paris. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This marks an important milestone for Bit Digital as we expand into Europe through Financière Marjos.
