Castik Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Interact Software, a UK-headquartered software company that provides a SaaS employee experience and internal communications platform, supporting organizations in facilitating internal communication, knowledge sharing, and employee engagement. Financial terms were not disclosed. “In Castik, we have found our partner of choice to support us in expanding our capabilities within the broader employee experience space.
